By building a relationship with the potential customers in a long period, consumers will eventually create an interest in the company, especially when the promotional method used by the company (in this case, the newsletter) is personalized. Personalization is important because it works as a ‘you’ factor in ensuring that the company cares for the consumer and also the staff that will eventually lead to the expression of interest by these individuals in the company’s business. Thus, using a personalized newsletter can also work as an effective method in network marketing recruiting due to the functionality of the newsletter in being able to be kept and referred again by the subscribers. Personalization is an important factor in network marketing recruiting. To be able to persuade the target audience, the company must first get into their hearts.
