Referral and network marketing progams are emerging sectors in internet business. Most of the paying websites use referral techniques to grow its popularity and site traffic. If someone is eager to earn on internet, there are good referral progams. But, if a person joins these systems without good understanding of its working process, he/she may be going to lose money rather than earning. One of the best thing one can do before joining referral programs is to make its own referral team. Then, the whole team can join from first member to last member in some good referral website.
How to make own network team?
Lets start with first member. This member has 10 friends. These 10 persons have 10 refer friends each (second level 100 members)and so on… Suppose first member’s team constitutes first five levels (10 + 100 + 1000 + 10000 + 100000 members) . Thus, this team will join referral program together and earning potential of first member is huge. Similarly member in second level has team next five levels.
Suppose Everyone in the team has paid per month to network marketing website. Out of which first member gets .5 from every member in his/her team. So, earning potential is huge more than(0000 per month) for top member.
So, this is the team effort not an individual. Every team member has to make 10 referrals to have a great team. Only referral team setup is required for starting this internet business and the results will come automatically.
Disadvantages:-
As there are limited number of people, and mathematics involves new members in next level should come in a factor of 10 , this system is not stable. Only top members are earning well and lower level members are losing.
